About The Restaurant

A pescatarian haven where the river meets the sea, Estuary is a seafood and vegetable forward restaurant where each dish is brought to life using superior seasonal produce with elevated techniques.


  • Irish Brown Crab, Sarawak Bario Claypot Rice, Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe ($35++)

Rice cooked in a claypot with brown crab stock topped with flavourful poached brown crab, sea urchin and salmon roe.

  • Irish Blue Lobster Spaghettini, Saffron Cream and Lemon ($45++)

Spaghettini cooked in a light saffron lobster stock, finished with cream served with a butter-poached Irish blue lobster and lemon segments.

  • Irish Whelk Escabeche, Calabrian chili and Sourdough ($18++)

Lightly-poached Irish whelk in an aromatic broth flavoured with herbs, lemon, garlic, vinegar and Calabrian chili oil. Served with sourdough toast.
